GREG FOX<\/strong><\/p>\n

O nova-iorquino Greg Fox<\/strong> \u00e9, desde h\u00e1 muito, um nome de culto para os mais conhecedores do underground norte-americano: \u00e9 o baterista dos Liturgy<\/strong>, uma das bandas do metal vanguardista mais apreciadas e pol\u00e9micas da \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, e uma das for\u00e7as criativas dos Zs<\/strong>, banda inclassific\u00e1vel no mundo dos estilos inclassific\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 um dos bateristas mais talentosos e originais deste mil\u00e9nio, que alia de forma muito pouco comum o virtuosismo a uma necessidade de progress\u00e3o est\u00e9tica e at\u00e9 espiritual que o v\u00ea a pisar territ\u00f3rios praticamente inexplorados pelos seus cong\u00e9neres actuais.<\/p>\n

Vem ao Barreiro e \u00e0 ADAO pela segunda vez (actuou l\u00e1 no OUT.FEST<\/strong> 2015 com os Zs) apresentar o seu segundo \u00e1lbum, \u201cThe Gradual Progression\u201d, no qual alia a percuss\u00e3o puramente ac\u00fastica com um muito pr\u00f3prio sistema de processamento em tempo real, que chama de Sensory Percussion. <\/em><\/p>\n

BRUNO CONTREIRA<\/b><\/p>\n

Estreia h\u00e1 muito aguardada do novo projecto a solo de uma das figuras mais activas da cena barreirense desde, pelo menos, os finais dos anos 90.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 em nome pr\u00f3prio que apresenta o trabalho que tem vindo a desenvolver no \u00faltimo par de anos, numa linguagem muito diferente daquela que nos habituamos a associar ao m\u00fasico (com Fast Eddie Nelson <\/strong>ou os Funka\u00edna, <\/strong>entre tantos outros projectos). As progress\u00f5es lentas e a toada escura s\u00e3o agora dominantes, numa proposta entre o ambient, a darkwave ou a electroc\u00fastica de vertente cinem\u00e1tica de colheita David Lynch - poss\u00edveis refer\u00eancias para o universo sonoro que apresentar\u00e1.<\/p>\n
