Rita Silva is a Portuguese composer and instrumentalist, currently studying at the Institute of Sonology in The Netherlands. playing her first show in Barreiro, bringing with her the most recent record “The Inflationary Epoch”, which follows her debut in 2021 “Studies Vol. I”.
A trio of big names in improvised music and adventurous jazz, both national and international, uniting the double-bass of Hernâni Faustino and the piano of Rodrigo Pinheiro with cello from the North-American Daniel Levin, described by Wire as “one of the most brilliant contemporary cello players”.
